Ever wonder where those sparkly designer lollipops that you see your favorite celebs holding onto come from? Well look no more, the answer is Sugar Factory! In addition to a storefront of exotic candy and colorful desserts, Sugar Factory is also home to the Sugar Factory American Brasserie on the Las Vegas strip. Located within the Pairs Hotel and Casino, this restaurant is home to the infamous candy goblet drinks, celebrity dinners, a great view, and fun music! On a recent afternoon down to the strip I stopped by with a girlfriend for lunch. The sun was out and we got a great seat right on the balcony – definitely a plus for people watching.
Lunch Menu Highlights:
Fried Mac & Cheese – breaded mac and cheese bites with a spicy tomato sauce
Sugar Factory Club – turkey breast, toasted cranberry challah, bacon, avocado, herb mayo
Chinese Chicken Salad – shredded cabbage with crispy wontons, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds, peanuts, cilantro and sesame ginger dressing
Other fun options not pictured – Grilled Banana French Bread Toast, Sugar Factory Eggs Benedict, Carrot Cake Pancakes, Sugar Factory Burger + Chicken and Waffles.
I would definitely recommend stopping by Sugar Factory for a fun touristy meal. The people watching is great and the service is usually pretty fast! Don’t forget to leave some room for one of their killer desserts.. it will be worth it!
