Sugar Factory

Celebrities in Las Vegas flocked to Sugar Factory over the holiday weekend. Stars like Nicole Scherzinger, Nelly, Flo Rida, Ray J, Estelle, Harper Hill, AnnaLynne McCord, Dominic Purcell and Jersey Shore stars Jennifer JWOWW Farley and Sammi Sweetheart Giancola invaded the sweetest spot on the Strip.

The incomparable weekend started with JWOWW and her boyfriend, Roger, stopping by Sugar Factory’s retail store inside The Mirage Resort & Casino. The couple playfully picked-out their favorite sweets – gummy bears and Oreo cookies, in addition to posing for photos and chatting with fans. The boisterous Jersey Shore star scoured the store, picking up a few logo tank tops and hats, a large, hot-pink gumball machine and a few shot glasses  an item Farley collects from all of the places she visits. Farley’s favorite item was Sugar Factory’s line of Hello Kitty Couture Pops, and she was overheard saying Nicole (Snooki) would love these

The night continued with recording artist Flo Rida hosting a large dinner party at Sugar Factory American Brasserie inside Paris Las Vegas. The award-winning lyricist noshed on steak frites and pacific salmon, and indulged in an over-the-top cookie jar ice cream sundae for dessert. Jersey Shore star Sammi Sweetheart Giancola arrived shortly after with her two sisters, Nikki and Rachel. Giancola treated herself to a chicken Caesar crepe, along with creamy milk, dark and white chocolate fondue. The Jersey girls loved the eatery’s candy-inspired cocktails and sipped on Red Velvet martinis and Oceans Blue goblets. After dinner, the Giancola troupe grabbed a few confections to-go inside the Sugar Factory retail store, including a heaping handful Reese’s peanut butter cups  Sammi’s favorite.

The night was far from over as gorgeous songstress Nicole Scherzinger and hip-hop megastar Nelly entered the building within minutes of each other. Scherzinger and her friends held court in a plush, corner booth and indulged in a few chocolate crepes before heading over to the retail store to stock-up on sweets. Scherzinger, who has her own signature series of Sugar Factory Couture Pops, was in awe of the spacious sweet shop and graciously stopped to take photos with the swarms of fans that quickly filled the store. As soon as Nelly spotted the bombshell beauty he headed over to say hello and pose for a few photos. Nelly and his group enjoyed a quick bite of chicken and waffles, along with chocolate milkshakes. Yum!

The CW Network’s star AnnaLynne McCord and multi-platinum recording artists Akon, Ray J and Flo Rida stopped by Sugar Factory at Paris Las Vegas the following night.

AnnaLynne McCord looked lovely dressed in a backless hot pink top, denim jeans and wedges, when she stopped into the dining hot spot with her new beau, Dominic Purcell from “Prison Break.” The actress and her family, sisters Angel and Rachel, and their father, David, who were celebrating a birthday, noshed on creamy spinach and artichoke dip, fried macaroni and cheese-pops and grilled black angus filets as they sipped on the eatery’s new candy-inspired Ocean Blue goblet. The group was pleasantly surprised with a signature Sugar Factory chocolate fondue and red velvet sundae. The McCord family loved the fondue and fed each other bites of the decadent desserts. On their way out, McCord and Purcell graciously stopped to chat with excited fans who were overheard telling the actors how much they loved their shows.

Ray J and group of 10 of his friends entered the expansive restaurant and kindly greeted the hostesses with handshakes before being seated for their dinner. The “Sexy Can I” singer and his group indulged in a variety of mouthwatering entrées such as jumbo shrimp cocktail, chicken fettuccini alfredo and cheese pizza. The smooth lyricist sipped down a signature Sunshine Tea goblet before heading into the adjoining retail shop where he was quickly swarmed by adoring fans. Ray J checked out the widespread array of confections, posed for pictures with a few admirers and autographed some of the retail shop’s apparel before heading next door for his special performance at Gallery Nightclub.

Singer-songwriter Flo Rida entered the building around midnight for the second night in a row with a large entourage of 15. The Grammy Award nominated performer enjoyed the new Twinkie goblet, bruschetta and chicken fingers before heading upstairs to Chateau Nightclub & Gardens to watch the his friend, fellow recording artist, Akon, perform his high-energy set.

Music megastar Akon stopped into the flagship store to get his sweet fix before leaving upstairs to host a party at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens. Fans were quick to notice the multi-talented artist and asked to take pictures, to which he happily obliged. Akon signed a few of the retail store’s apparel and even made a special request to take a few of the signature Couture Pops for his entourage and himself. The award winning artist came back for more after his live performance for some late-night eats and sweets.

Finally, to end a busy weekend, international pop star, Estelle, enjoyed a pre-performance meal at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas last night.

The striking singer enjoyed dinner with a group of friends that included CSI: New York’s Harper Hill. At the start of her meal, a friend shared a swirly lollipop from her Lollipop Passion cocktail that accessorized Estelle’s top perfectly. Designed by Claudia, Estelle paired the colorful top with sparkly black Nicole Miller shorts and Charlotte Olympia shoes. Estelle enjoyed the sweet treat throughout dinner, which included a Sugar Factory Cobb Salad complemented by green tea to prepare her vocal chords. Green remained the theme for Estelle, who headed over to Sugar Factory’s decadent retail shop after dinner where green candy apples caught her eye. Not a fan of nuts, Estelle selected a caramel apple dipped in cinnamon and sugar.

When she spotted the bulk candy machines, the sweet singer filled a few bags for her friends that included a mix of sour candies, chocolates and jelly beans. The final stop of her shopping trip was at Sugar Factory’s Couture Pop collection, where she picked a black and white studded stem because it reminded her of a disco ball. As she perused the selection of refill pops, green apple, of course, was her flavor of choice.
